Services Offered

Mental Health Diagnostic Assessments - COMING SOON

Comprehensive clinical assessments to better understand your emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs. These sessions include a full mental health evaluation, mental status exam, and diagnosis (if applicable) using DSM-5 criteria. Assessments can support treatment planning, referrals, or personal insight, and are conducted with care, compassion, and cultural humility.

Comprehensive Chemical Health Assessments - COMING SOON

Nonjudgmental assessments for individuals navigating substance use concerns. Whether you’re exploring moderation, abstinence, or simply seeking clarity, this assessment explores your relationship with substances, potential impacts, and next steps for healing or support. Can be used for treatment recommendations, referrals, court ordered or other legal needs, and meets DMV requirements.

Outpatient Treatment - ASAM 1.0 - COMING SOON

In outpatient treatment, you’ll get the support you need with weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions—whatever works best for your schedule and progress. You can expect 1 to 4 hours per week, but we’ll adjust based on where you’re at and how you’re feeling.

Intensive Outpatient  (IOP) - ASAM 2.1 - COMING SOON

For IOP, treatment usually involves about 9 or more hours of therapy each week, spread across several sessions. We’ll tailor the schedule to fit your needs, and the program typically lasts from several weeks to a few months, depending on how things are going for you.

 LGBTQIA+ and Gender-Affirming

If you’re seeking a trans-affirming, LGBTQIA+-inclusive space where you can feel respected and supported in your identity, I am committed to offering a safe and nonjudgmental environment for you to explore and grow.
