I’m a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. I use they/them pronouns, which for me is both cultural and spiritual. I carry ancestral knowledge as a keeper from a sacred third-gender lineage, and I am also a person in long-term recovery from a substance use disorder.
I bring my whole self into this work—creating a space where you are invited to do the same, without judgment or expectation. Outside of sessions, I find renewal in the trees, the songs of birds, the wide sky, and time spent with my family.
I view healing as a collaborative and deeply personal process—one that begins with being fully seen, heard, and accepted. I hold respect for your lived experience and center you as the expert of your own life. My role is not to direct or fix, but to walk alongside you with presence, curiosity, and compassion.
Grounded in a relational-cult

Grounded in a relational-cultural framework, I believe that authentic, trusting relationships are the foundation for meaningful healing and transformation.
I practice through a Harm Reduction and anti-oppressive lens, offering nonjudgmental, low-barrier support—particularly for people who use drugs, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, and those exploring identity, spirituality, and belonging. Together, we’ll create a space where all parts of you are welcome, and healing can unfold at your pace and in your own way.
